Concert packages are pre-selected for a more straightforward and streamlined process.
Those who wish to exchange out of particular concerts may do so by filling out the Subscriber Request Form upon completion of your subscription order. To guarantee the best option of available seats, all requests must be submitted by May 31. Concert exchanges will take place from May 1-May 31, and we cannot guarantee your seats will be available for exchanges after May 31. As always, exchanges can take place at any time during the season by contacting Patron Services.
Emailed tickets will be sent in August. E-tickets can also be accessed via your LPO account once they are available.
